It can occur unintentionally due to an underlying disease or can come about through conscious effort to improve an overweight or obese state.
It can be extremely confusing for someone who knows little to nothing about how their body functions or the most effective methods of weight loss. Programs that promise the greatest reward in the least amount of time and with the least amount of effort tend to get the most immediate attention from overwhelmed people who just want to get the weight off as quickly as possible.
There are foods that hepl women loss weight fast and healthily such as fresh fruit and vegetables, brown rice, oats, herbal teas, carob, pulses, unsalted nuts, jacket potatoes, tofu, salad, olive oil and low-fat live yogurt.Vegetarian foods are easier to digest.
Weight loss food for women forbids women from eating the following, wheat, diary products, eggs, food with added sugar, chocolate, rice pudding, processed foods, salted nuts, marmalade, jam, pasta, cakes, bicuits, ice cream, ready-meals and crisps. Tea, Coffee, cocoa, alcohol, fizzy drinks and packet soups are also out.

3. Choose foods high in starch and fibers
4. Choose foods low in cholesterol
5. Be more physically active
6. Maintain a healthy weight, and lose weight if you are overweight
